Meet our staff!

She has been in the practice since 1975. She and her husband are both natives of Potsdam. Bernie enjoys working in the dental field as well as working with people. Being born and raised in the Potsdam area, she feels very blessed. Some of her interests are camping, arts & crafts, but mainly family.

Graduated from Norwood Norfolk High School in 1969. She and her husband are natives of Potsdam. She has one daughter and two grandchildren, a granddaughter and a grandson. She has worked in this practice since 1969 as a dental assistant. She enjoys working with people and helping with their dental needs. For fun outside the office, she enjoys playing old-timer's softball and bowling in the fall but most of all spending time with her grandcildren.

Born and raised in Massena NY. She graduated from Eastman Dental School in Rochester in 1968. She worked for dentists in that area until she moved back to Massena in 1985. She started working full time for Dr. Reed in 1985. She is also a licensed real estate agent. Gina is married to Pete Cross and has 3 children, 2 stepchildren and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys going to garage sales, auctions and spending time with her family.

North Country native who grew up in the Hannawa Falls area and graduated from Potsdam Central School in 1983. She attended North Country Community College and SUNY Canton. Julie has worked since 1985 as a dental assistant and receptionist at Dr. Reed's office. Julie enjoys her job, especially because of the opportunity she has to interact with people. She also likes being able to keep up to date with the new dental technology and feels that she is in an environment where she is constantly learning. Julie traveled to Toronto and completed the CEREC training program in April 2001. Julie has two children, Brooke Elizabeth and Danny James. The Fullerton family enjoys camping together in the summer. Some of Julie's other interests include sewing, hiking, biking, fishing and riding motorcycles and snowmobiles.

Originally from North Bangor NY. She moved to Norwood in 1981. She was a fine jewelery merchandiser for JC Penney until 1987 when she took the position as receptionist at Dr. Reed's office. Diana and her husband Mike take pleasure in riding motorcycles and snowmobiles.

She started working for Dr. Reed in July of 1987. When she's not working at the dental office, she's at the tanning salon around the corner that she and her husband own. She has 2 children and a grandson who also keeps her very busy. She and her family enjoy snowmobiling and travelling in their spare time.

She graduated in 1990 from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy NY. She has lived in Potsdam since 1984, where she has enjoyed not only the St. Lawrence area but the close proximity to Canada. Her childhood as a native of Lake Placid contributed to her interest in outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, camping and canoeing.

She has been working for Dr. Reed since 1994. She attended college at SUNY Health & Science Center in Syracuse. She enjoys working in a fast paced, small community dental center, with varied job duties and great people to work with. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and five children.
